Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, guides, and planners are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital items once the download link has been provided.

Consultations

For one-on-one consultations, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

Merchandise

If you are not entirely satisfied with your physical merchandise purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
